Pet Policy

At RPM Living we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Harbour Pines welcomes cats and dogs. We accept small dogs with a full-grown weight under 35 lbs, breed restrictions apply. For each pet, there is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450 and monthly pet rent of $30. Two pet meximum per apartment home.

Restrictions Apply*: No Aggressive Breeds, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas. German Shepherds, Dalmations, etc.
